Not resolved

I ordered a gift card through skymall 2 years ago (in Jan 2011) and they had a sucky online system which cut off my apartment number and incorrectly (so they claim) to have sent it to the wrong address. They told me they will block the card and refund my points (as I had used my Marriott points for this) - which never happened.

I have been emailing them and calling for over 2yrs now.

Everytime I get their automated response over email or if I call, I am always told they need to talk to their supervisor (who is obviously in a meeting!) and get back to me, but they never do.

Can I go to consumer court for this? I have lost many hours talking to different customer representatives and trying to get this resolved.

Monetary Loss: $200.
